Lightcap - Fred

Fred Lightcap died of pneumonia last Friday at 6:30 o’clock, after an illness of some days. The funeral occurred at 2:30 o’clock Sunday afternoon. Interment was at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Lightcap was the chief engineer at the water works pump house station and had held the position in a most acceptable manner for seven years. He was faithful and painstaking in the discharge of his duty and was a man who had the respect of all with whom he came in contact. Mr. Lightcap was an excellent citizen in all regards and his bereaved family has the sympathy of all in their affliction. -s
